By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use GetUSA.org.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our services. By using GetUSA.org, you confirm that you meet these requirements. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
GetUSA.org provides a digital platform where employers can post job opportunities and job seekers can search for and apply to these postings. Our services include job listing, application management, and related recruitment tools. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date services, we do not guarantee employment, hiring, or the outcome of job applications.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Platform, users may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use GetUSA.org in accordance with all applicable laws and not for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. This includes refraining from posting misleading, false, or fraudulent job listings or resumes, using bots or automated tools to extract data, disrupting or compromising the security of the platform, impersonating another person or entity, or violating intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content or block users who violate these conditions.
5. Job Listings and Content
Employers are solely responsible for the content of their job postings. All job listings must be lawful, accurate, and genuine opportunities. We do not pre-screen listings, but we reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that we believe violates these Terms or any applicable laws. Job seekers are also responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they submit in resumes or applications.
6. Job Posting Fees and Refund Policy
Employers who wish to post job opportunities on GetUSA.org are required to pay a fee for each job listing submitted. The job posting fee is displayed clearly during the submission process and must be paid in full before the job listing can be published and made visible to job seekers on the platform. This fee allows employers to promote their job openings to a targeted audience and access applicants through our online system. The exact duration, features, and visibility of the listing will depend on the package selected at the time of posting.
Please note that all job posting fees are strictly non-refundable. Once a job post is submitted and the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, situations in which the employer fills the position earlier than expected, receives fewer applications than anticipated, or decides not to proceed with recruitment. It also applies in cases of user error, such as posting a duplicate listing or entering incorrect job information. The fee paid is for the service of publishing and maintaining the listing on GetUSA.org for the agreed period, not for a guaranteed number of applicants or successful hires.
We strongly encourage all employers to carefully review their job listing content and details before submitting and paying for the post. If you need support or clarification before finalizing your job submission, our support team is available to assist and answer any questions at support@getusa.org. However, contacting support after payment does not entitle the user to a refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
By posting a job and submitting payment on GetUSA.org, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We reserve the right to amend job posting fees and terms at any time, and any such changes will be communicated on the website before they take effect.
7. Payments and Billing
All payments made through GetUSA.org are processed securely. We accept major payment methods as listed at checkout. Users are responsible for ensuring their billing information is accurate and current. Unauthorized use of payment methods may result in suspension or termination of account access. Users agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting our support team to resolve any issues.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on GetUSA.org are owned by us or our licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.
