Job Overview
EcomGenix is hiring a Remote Shopify Developer to build custom eCommerce experiences for global brands. You will create and maintain Shopify themes, apps, and backend features while optimizing for performance and user experience. You should be fluent in Liquid, JavaScript, and Shopify APIs and comfortable working with merchants on both technical and creative requirements. If you have experience with headless commerce, bonus points!

Key Responsibilities

Customize Shopify themes and frontends using Liquid
Build custom Shopify apps and integrations
Optimize site speed and mobile responsiveness
Work with designers and PMs to implement UX features
Debug issues and maintain code quality

Requirements

2+ years working with Shopify or Shopify Plus
Strong skills in Liquid, HTML/CSS, JS (React is a plus)
Experience with Shopify APIs and webhook systems
Familiar with eCommerce CRO and performance metrics
